 Louisiana vegetable  and Lotus root sweet potato.

These two soups were made at the request of my friend Hal, who wanted me to cater soup for a commercial at Paramount that night. (and I did)


Both soups were made at the same time.  Feb. 12th, 2012.

Seven Miso Pinto Bean Soup

 Soup Stock, becomes the soup in the stock pot.  Beans, etc. in the crock pot separately.

 Everything combined, stock pot, saute and crock pot for the final product.
